At TNT Roofing Products in the state of Kentucky I represent Elevate Roofing, Wall, and Lining systems (formerly Firestone) as well as several other major roofing material companies such as Georgia Pacific Dens Deck, Gaco Coatings, Metal Era, and Sievert. As the Elevate representative I work directly with roofing contractors, architects, and building owners to offer expertise and technical support for selecting the best products and systems for a project.

Worked with a team and independently on projects, assembling external home structures and installing maintenance materials. Group collaboration and coordination was an important part of completing projects.

Worked with other employees to fulfill orders, maintain a retail store location, and ensure customer satisfaction with all Sherwin Williams products; tangible and intangible. I was able to work closely with management to learn more about the variety of products offered by the company and received guidance on sales and customer service. I was promoted to a store key holder and often ran the store alone. Working alone I had to solve customer issues independently and provide quality guidance on what products would suit their needs financially and still provide the right product for the job.

Here I ran my own small business doing lawn maintenance for multiple clients. I worked under supervision and independently. Projects had to be completed to the level customer requested.
