Resolve technical and application issues for Diagnostic X-Ray, Surgery, and Multivendor modality equipment in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas.

Troubleshoot and perform planned maintenance activities in X-Ray and Ultrasound modalities. Participated in COVID-19 taskforce and installed bedside monitoring for ICU settings in the Hackensack Meridian Health network. Additional assistance provided with ventilator installations.

Identified root cause for technical, application, and clinical issues relating to CHC Cardiology. I provided on-site technical expertise for support team during product upgrades and training.
