Human Resources Manager
Current- Responsible for administering policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state.
- Analyze and compare internal positions against local, county, state and regional job markets for competitiveness and attraction of high potential candidates.
- Provide performance management guidance to department heads on the process of evaluating employees, setting goals, conducting objective performance reviews, and recognizing and awarding performance to improve.
- Designed HR policies and procedures including creating an Employee Handbook, recruiting/hiring staff, initiating new hire onboarding and training programs.
- Engage with benefits carriers to negotiate plans to increase employee coverage and lower out-of-pocket costs.
- Develop, refine, implement and improve methods, procedures and tools to produce maximum effectiveness and efficiency in payroll processing.
