- Crisis Management + Intervention: An unprecedented growth curve at an aging business required upskilling of new management, redesign of distribution practices and procedures, redesign of inventory management processes.
- Leadership Coaching - provided leadership coaching to rising COO who lacked visibility into team workloads. Built new visibility/task-tracking system, and helped COO establish frameworks and protocols for checking in.
- Systems Building - It became evident that the team's Trello boards needed to be overhauled to meet their new needs; Re-built Trello boards and trained COO on how to use, manage and coach new system.
