Further duties include tracking unbilled revenue, revenue backlog, and open vendor PO’s, as well as cost build-ups for future work opportunities on a national level. Duties Include: scheduling technicians, coordinating all sub contractors, responsible for all billing, overseeing all construction and quality assurance on cell sites, and working with local exchange carriers directing site walks for fiber to cell site solutions.Prior to my position as Construction Manager I was as a Field Technician II. I was responsible for: Installing, configuring, maintaining and trouble-shooting cell site equipment (ALU 7705 siad, tellabs siad, UMTS cabinet/node B) wiring -48/+24 volt rectifiers, installing GMT fuse panels, testing fiber distribution panels and training new technicians to perform similar work. Administrative duties include: updating cell site related spreadsheets, scheduling installations and repairs, designing Local exchange carrier packages for FTTCS, and completing close-out packages for quality control in preparation for final billing.

Responsibilities: Repairing and maintaining pots, dsl, and design service facilities (DS1). I was also responsible for repairing damaged or cut cables. Possess expert knowledge of the following meters: T-berd, HST 3000, 965 DSP, Copper Pro 990, TS-90 TDR, 2273 underground locator, Sidekick, and many other work related meters. Prior to cable repair, I worked installation, maintenance, video (VDSL).
