• Responsible for all administrative tasks.• Managing a very large client desk .• On call 24/7• Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates.• Screening, testing and assessing candidates.• Attending meetings with clients.• Resourcing and recruiting candidates for both temporary and permanent positions for a variety of job roles.• Drafting and placing ads on Job boards and social media.• Building up a candidate database.• Good working knowledge of the 360 degrees recruitment process• Conducting interviews, presentations and inductions• Ensuring that all workers are fully briefed regarding role, responsibilities, Health and safety requirements and any other relevant information before they go on site.• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business
