Helped to establish a new face mask manufacturing brand for winter sports. Began in a garage and built up to a two unit warehouse and production facility in the heart of Summit County, Colorado.I primarily developed our creative and technical production methods, fabric sourcing and marketing responsibilities. Implemented an in house dye sublimation process, and established a custom order program for B2B and B2C sales. Throughout our growth period it was my main responsibility to hire skilled professionals to fulfill necessary job roles including, pre/post production staff, in house and contract sewers, administrative, logistical, and independent sales reps. In December of 2012 I placed a CEO in charge and relieved myself of all employee duties.In October 2013 I sold my stake in Phunkshun Wear.
