My name is Jacob Milner. I am a life long Washington Resident. I served as a Police Officer in Washington State for four years. I also served in Children's Ministry for over a decade. Now I work for Educational Service District 105 as a School Safety Operations Specialist where I teach schools on all things emergency safety. I'm also currently a Safety Operations Specialist for Shepherd Consulting Group where I train the public, churches, and businesses on all forms of emergency safety.
