Jacob Sousa is a senior attending University of Rochester. Beginning at UR as a transfer student, he hopes to go to law school, having received his LSAT score and begun the admissions process . Jacob has always been an academic, careful to maintain a high GPA while also ensuring versatility through a variety of extracurricular and volunteer opportunities. Jacob worked for nearly five years at Chick-fil-A Greece, working his way from a Team Member to eventually taking on a senior management role as a Team Lead. Recently, he has begun taking internships whether at the House of Representatives, Public Defenders Office, or with private defense attorneys. His latest endeavor is as a 2nd grade tutor for LEAP program through the University of Rochester and Allendale Colombia. At every step of the way, Jacob hopes to serve as a positive influence on his team, while still seeing himself as driven and competitive, that he might do everything to a high degree of excellence, efficiency, and enthusiasm.
