Budgets ranged from $28M to $215M. • Submitted pricing proposal to Anniston Army Depot on time by managing project development activities, preparing and distributing RFPs, conducting bid site walk-throughs, performing bid financial analysis, and participating in subcontractor selection.• Reduced annual energy consumption 50% and lowered operational costs significantly for Library of Congress through implementing replacement of (32) dry-type transformers from 45-500kVA.• Ensured seamless customer final acceptance and project handover prior to scheduled deadline via coordinating and scheduling utility outages for BAS and irrigation controls punch list completion.• Attained Keesler AFB’s goal and reduced annual energy consumption 25% and lowered maintenance costs across installation through leading successful upgrade of over (30K) interior, exterior, and airfield light fixtures to LED.• Assisted project in receiving Federal Energy and Water Management Award from US Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) by supporting installation of 1.5 MW photovoltaic (PV) solar array for outstanding contributions related to energy and water cost savings, optimizing energy and water use, and/or use of advanced and distributed energy technologies at federal facilities.• Met Baltimore County Public School’s mandate through assisting in managing installation of new AC systems, chillers, and VRF systems, and providing air conditioning in all schools by end of summer, ensuring comfortable learning environment for students in 2 years.
