Assigned to an 11-story hospital project in downtown Cleveland that's schedule was being accelerated. Worked under a project engineer, superintendent, and project manager that gave me an opportunity to become a true part of their management team. Duties included daily reports (w/ technical writing), time and material accounting, quantity take-off (Bluebeam Revu), tracking cut/fill (Loads, trucking time, etc.), field quantity measurements, interacting with tradesmen (tool permits, on-boarding, socializing, etc.), safety talks, small material/equipment deliveries, among many others.

Hebron, Kentucky

First co-op experience in construction with an emphasis on administrative and quantity takeoff work. Main duties included checking bids for error, entering time-sheets/assisting with running payroll, quantity takeoff, entering performed quantities, updating the company batch plant spreadsheets, among many others. The family focused environment provided valuable insight into how proper workplace culture can improve efficiency and a company's longevity.

Lakewood, Ohio

Experience in laboring on residential home-building and renovation projects centered in Lakewood, Ohio. Main duties included digging trenches, driving a flatbed (dump trips/material pick-ups), mason tending, leveling stone for concrete pours, painting, cleaning sites, and many other roles that helped build up interpersonal skills with multiple trades.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

Worked as an quality assurance/accounting intern in the summer after high school. Experience in the quality assurance lab involved assisting with testing tape breakpoints, stickiness, and taking inventory of the warehouse. Experience in accounting mainly dealt with assisting with reconciling discounts for original product manufacturers.
