I am an Investment Analyst on the SBLIC CRE Debt team. My main focus is on origination of new assets to the $3.95B debt portfolio. I am experienced in underwriting all CRE asset classes, with a focus on multifamily. Loan sizing for the portfolio is $50M+ with the capacity to lend over $100M. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Business Administation, where my proposed research is focused on the Federal Reserve interest rate policy on CRE market cycles. Furthermore, I am also working on my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In 2020, I completed my MBA with a concentration in finance. During that time, I was a graduate assistant for the Gwartney Institute, an economic research institute focused on human flourishing and economic freedom. While with the institute, I focused on economic research, economic education, student outreach, and assiting in teaching undergraduate finance and economics classes. During my masters I also placed 7th in DECA's Interational Financial Statement Analysis competition. Additionally, for my undergraduate I doubled majored in Business Economics and Business Administation while playing for the Ottawa University Men's Soccer team.
