I work as an Account Executive for Public Communications Inc. serving nonprofits in the Chicagoland area and helping them reach their media relations and communications goal. My work has helped garner placements in U.S. News and World Report, Forbes. USA Today, Yahoo! News, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, ABC, NBC, and CBS Chicago. I also work with clients to think strategically and plan to ensure that their communications goals help them achieve their businesss goals. In addition, I work with Trainwreck Sports, a growing sports media brand in based in Buffalo, NY, reaching over 1 million accounts per month and with over 40K followers across Twitter and Instagram. I help manage their social media pages, creating unique and engaging content and am the lead editor for their website and blog. In the past, I worked for Eaton Corporation as their Social Media community manager, managing all of Eaton's national and international social media accounts using Hootsuite and Google Analytics, responding to customer requests in a timely manner, directing them to the proper contact or escalating issues as they arise and managing scheduled social posts and monitoring the community, ensuring no harmful or derogatory language or remarks were being madeI graduated from Kent State in May 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations. Previously, I worked for Kent State Communications and Marketing as a social media assistant.
