I am a Canadian lawyer with 6+ years of experience gained from solicitor and civil litigation practices. My areas of focus include administrative, environmental, and Aboriginal law. My background includes time in boutique and large-scale private practices, government (municipal, provincial, and federal), as well as the non-profit (public policy) sector. Over the past 10+ years I have written or presented on environmental law topics, including (but not limited to), water law, wind energy development, micro-generation, migratory bird protection, brownfields and environmental stigma, environmental regulations, invasive species, as well as access to environmental justice.
