Currently, I’m the Director of Client Success at Guardian for Revit. My mission is to seamlessly blend technical expertise with outstanding client engagement, ensuring our solutions are not only effective but also elevate the customer experience. At Guardian for Revit, I drive our culture of innovation while deeply understanding our clients' needs, bringing a fresh and dynamic perspective that propels the company forward.Before diving into the architecture and design industry, I had a diverse career in environmental and conservation roles. I worked as a Field Project Coordinator with Montana Conservation Corps and as a Forestry Technician with the U.S. Forest Service, among other positions. These roles honed my leadership and project coordination skills, and they gave me a unique perspective on teamwork and problem-solving. In 2019, I took a brief career break to return to school, earning an associate degree in Drafting and CAD Technology from MSU - Gallatin College. This background has provided me with a well-rounded approach to customer success, allowing me to integrate practical field experience with technical proficiency.In my current role, I've successfully led initiatives to enhance user interaction with our software, drawing on my varied background. At Locati Architects & Interiors, I managed BIM coordination, office standards, and implemented Guardian for Revit™ across the firm. This experience has been crucial in shaping my approach to customer experience, combining in-depth Revit knowledge with a strategic vision for product implementation and customer success.
