My duties include providing precise information regarding customer order statuses and product knowledge, managing customer orders and changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints and issues. I remain well-informed about our products, customers, processes, and suppliers, and engage in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities as appropriate. Proficiency in SAP, AS400, and Microsoft Office applications, along with strong data entry and analytical skills, enable me to perform effectively in this role. I excel at forming and maintaining positive business relationships across multiple units, working both independently and within a team structure to meet business requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
