I personally believe that in order to be an effective manager one must learn every aspect of the job. This includes getting your hands dirty and bending your back with your team when the time comes. I pride myself on my work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get a job done. My years of on-the-job experience in varying levels of business, coupled with a strong education, allow me to efficiently and effectively lead a team of my peers. I find no greater satisfaction than learning and advancing my skills . I am not afraid to start small and work my way up, this is what makes a person skilled and valuable.
