Supports the operation of an automated material handling system through real-time system monitoring and root cause analysis to maximize system up-time, ensure productivity benchmarks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Performs various duties and routine data entry necessary for the overall time and attendance systems administration and maintenance.• Oversees and maintains the timekeeping system for all reporting, auditing, adjustments, and functionality for employees, supervisors, managers, and agency staff.• Oversees and maintains the call off system for data maintenance, adjustment and verifying warnings. • Respond to frontline employee and management questions and/or concerns regarding hours and time reporting. Escalate next level concerns to appropriate parties.• Supports stakeholders as needed by tracking data, running reports and providing requested information.
