Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of new and existing PLC systems and control panels as well as compiling metrics and historian data throughout the facility. Provide technical support and training for the maintenance department. Determine problems areas in the facility that need critical updates to controls systems and develop project based plans to present to upper management to remedy the outdated issues. Help carry out approved projects with support of the maintenance team.

Responsible for the install and maintenance of new and existing PLC systems and control panels as well as monitoring metrics and historian software used throughout the facility. Work as part of the maintenance team, provide technical support for the maintenance department, and help with installing new machinery as well as motors, valves, TIG and stick welding, wiring, calibrations, and troubleshooting existing systems.

Responsible for upkeep of the facility and training of new staff and students on all audio and lighting equipment, and responsible for the installation of all new equipment and wiring. Helped to streamline the office clerical work by implementing new ideas and creating new formats for future projects.

Responsible for polishing and assembling all dies leaving the machine shop and helping with MIG welding and media blasting. Also responsible for some minor fabrications to help with everyday tasks around the shop.
