Long time Linux/Unix user since 2000 self educated in open source operating systems such as FreeBSD, Slackware, Ubuntu and there various distributions and related software. Returning to college to solidify my knowledge in Microsoft based products such as Server 2008, Server 2012 and Exchange 2013 and security methodology, design and application. I will attaining my degree: Cisco certificate for spring of 2015 as well as my AAS in Computer Network Security in the fall of 2015 and continuing for a bachelor's degree hence forth. Past experience in CCTV systems, A/V distribution, planning and application structured wiring, computing system maintenance and repair. Looking at gaining knowledge and experience in database management and security, Exchange mail server platforms and IDS/IPS and well as HIDS in business environments. Currently establishing a digital signage network with in the Detroit Lakes, MN area.
