As a dedicated student undertaking Civil Engineering at Griffith University, I am motivated by a passion for engineering and a constant drive to learn and develop. I have gained previous engineering experience through my part-time position at Butler Partners, where I acquired a insight into the field of geotechnical engineering by contributing on projects and collaborating with industry professionals and senior engineers. Currently, I am now also gaining invaluable experience at Complete Urban as a cadet engineer utilising AutoCad for the design and documentation of public works.In my academic journey, my coursework and studies has honed my problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in teams. It has also allowed me to gain a strong foundation and insight across many civil engineering fields, in which I have been able to apply in a practical settings through my professional experience. Throughout my studies, I have also acquired proficiency with numerous engineering softwares, including HEC-HMS, MATLAB, SpaceGASS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and GIS.My professional experience has been a catalyst for my growth, enabling me to implement the knowledge I gained in my university coursework to real-world applications. I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, both in field and office, which has strengthened my fundamental engineering ability and workplace skills.
