I started with PayPal in the fraud department of French customer service, in January 2021. After 6 months in this position I was upskilled to Business support. In this role, I deal with mid to high engaged business accounts. I was upskilled in Disputes and Claims, Product and Site Support, sales as well as continuing to deal with the fraud aspect of the job. I additionally have been made Point of Contact for UK agents who deal with French chats. In this role, I help UK agents who have questions regarding protocols from the French market, I also call back customer who request it through the messaging system, often dealing with customer who are frustrated following multiple fruitless messages. I have recently started covering the position of Service Level Point of Contact. This role involves giving regular updates to each department regarding how many calls are in queue.
