As the Production Manger, I am responsible for collecting orders from sales staff and then managing the process of building, labeling, packing and shipping various cannabis infused items to retail cannabis stores. In addition to producing orders, I am responsible for packaging and labeling the production of the cannabis infused items as they come out of the kitchen, before they are ready for sale. This involves managing a small and growing team of people to print and label a wide variety of cannabis infused solids, liquids, and inhalables, ensuring speed, accuracy and compliance with I-502 rules and regulations. As we are also still a start up, I also take on other roles within the company from time to time as well. This includes work in our lab/kitchen, packaging and labeling items, delivering orders, taking sales calls, cleaning, and some light maintenance work

Created, documented and developed two Positions at Dockside, the Inventory Guru and the Inventory Manger. Put in place numerous systems, store protocols and procedures, and additionally pioneered how intake, document and stock marijuana and non-marijuana products. I was additionally responsible for the ordering of non-marijuana inventory, facilities items, and upkeep thereof. Maintaining both MJ and non-MJ vendor relationships, as well as being a back up for the buyer and sales staff were also my duties.

Perform a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. Customer service is a high priority, and is expected to be maintained with every activity. Daily activities include cashiering, stocking shelves, researching items and their delivery dates. Crew members are also responsible for placing orders for a section and maintaining it’s appearance.
