During his time there, he gained valuable skills in operating heavy machinery, electrical testing, and project management. Jacob played a key role in several major civil construction projects, including Sydney’s Bus & Cycleways and the WestConnex project, where he was responsible for logistics, safety, and site operations across multiple locations.Following this, Jacob took on the role of Business Development Manager at Sun Point International, where he focused on managing client relationships, reducing debt, and identifying new business opportunities. He was instrumental in reorganizing operations and implementing risk management strategies to secure the company’s financial future while developing and mentoring a talented team.He later transitioned into Spraypack Pty Ltd., where he served as the Business Owner and Managing Director. Jacob took control of the company when it was already facing financial challenges, and despite his best efforts to turn the business around, machinery failures led to the company's liquidation.
