I am currently the AM Shift Lead at IBM Cloud's DAL05 data center, a fanatic Linux geek, and a lover of most things open source. While my primary experience has been in user support for hardware and software - in both enterprise and education environments - I am focusing working toward a role in software development, DevOps, cloud systems administration, or whatever the next cool thing might be. I have 10+ years of experience in IT maintaining both Windows and Linux systems (primarily CentOS/Rocky, Red Hat, Ubuntu, and Debian) and associated peripherals, as well as Cisco networking gear.
