I created, maintained, and updated interactive reporting tools to forecast, analyze and report on disposition of functional and technical specifications, development, and testing completion based on complexity and iteratively realigned priorities. I was the project communications lead and primary point of contact for the agency functional and technical subject matter experts throughout their implementation and Command Center Lead during Extended Go Live Support activities following Go-Live events.

In 2014, I was selected to serve as a Marine Security Guard. From then until my honorable discharge, I was stationed in Togo, China, and Switzerland providing armed security. I earned a promotion to Assistant Detachment Commander in Bern, Switzerland, where I led small security operations teams. As a supervisor, I oversaw performance, delegated tasks, managed employee relations, and ensured smooth operations. Working on smaller teams gave me the opportunity to learn a range of skills that I look forward to using in the civilian world. In 2011, I joined the Marine Corps and was stationed in Okinawa as an intermediate level mechanic performing preventive maintenance and repairs on advanced aviation equipment. Due to my strong supervisory experience and ability to motivate teams to get results, I was selected to serve as a shop supervisor. My commitment to hard work and leadership started at a young age. Learning the construction trade during summers and school breaks, I eventually became the go-to trainer for D n D Homes Incorporated. I taught our new employees both basic and advanced carpentry techniques. At 19, I spent two summers as a supervisor for a local construction company, delegating tasks and organizing a 20-member work crew. I also rose through the ranks at Station 211, beginning as a doorman and later earning a promotion to oversee up to 7 doormen during peak times. Here, I introduced a new inventory process that helped staff to locate and store supplies.
