Being a storyteller, I love being able to share on positive experiences whether internal, or client facing. During my time with ESL, I have been fortunate enough to be given extra responsibilities which let me see a bit of the bigger picture in creating a positive customer experience at a company that truly values people. As I grow in my career, I hope to become a leader in any team that prioritizes both the data and the background circumstances behind the reports we receive. When I get home, I know it's been a good day when I can say I've made a positive impact in any story I've been a part of.
