Run to Wellness is a campaign spreading positive mental health awareness by turning something that can be completely immobilizing into something inspirational. In support of The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, I personally ran 10 half marathons, running in 10 Canadian cities, in the span of 23 days.
