• Providing quantitative and qualitative input for sign-off of business case in collaboration with the Programme Manager from Project Sponsor and Steering Committee,
• Ensuring that Projects are well funded and that senior management are aware of their responsibilities in providing direction and utilizing research findings,
• Prepare current and accurate forecast of costs, cash flow, timescales and resource requirements and agree with the Project Steering Committee,
• Identify and manage all programme/project issues and risks including their appropriate escalation and contingency management,
• Manage the process of procuring the external supply of resource and services, and lead the negotiation of major contracts with external suppliers, and
