Howden Denmark is today a restructured and completely changed business. Since 2003 where we closed the production unit and started to source globally at third party suppliers and intercompany, it grew fast. Howden Denmark grew from a 2004 sales of DKK 110m to over DKK 900m in 2008 producing double digit profits and were cash positive all the time. We have since 2004 changed all routines and policies and implemented new strategies several times to adapt to the market. At my appointment in 2000 we employed 220 FTE’s and by 2003 we were down to 47 FTE’s growing back to 175 FTE’s at my promotion in 2008. Show less

Project Manager responsible for large turn-key projects in, Scandinavia, Finland, Holland, Belgium, Chile and the Middle East reporting to the CO of Projects. The size and technology of the projects varied from large Electrostatic precipitators, development projects, gas scrubbers and cooling towers totalling a value up to DKK 50m. All projects were built as EPC contracts – some of them including a turn-key part.
