As a Loan Operations Specialist, dealing specifically with Commercial Lending you are responsible for boarding and updating all types of accounts to the Banks loan accounting system (AVIVA/SHAW) including all complex bookings from both the Business and Commercial Real Estate product lines. This includes the handling of payments and advances, reviewing and understanding all types of loan documentation, processing of outside council bookings, maintenance transactions of various complexities, monitoring and updating collateral, producing monthly and quarterly reporting, and responding to detailed questions from both internal departments and clients. Additionally, you review and validate loan details and accurately create and update accounts as appropriate. Accurately and efficiently process financial and non-financial transactions to loan accounts. Monitor and update collateral information to ensure accuracy and that necessary details are maintained to reduce any associated risk to either the client or the Bank. Work with internal business partners at various levels to research and translate account information. Work directly with clients to research items of various complexities while bringing situations to a successful and timely resolution.

Field and meet suspense deadlines for both company and battalion level tasks. Track daily accountability reports to ensure all soldiers are present for duty. Track leaves, personnel files (including sensitive documents), and prepare personnel evaluation reports, award requests and other documents for 60+ soldiers. Assist in in-processing and out processing soldiers at the company level. Assist Station Commanders at eight US Army recruiting stations in the metro Phoenix area. Maintain and track calendars, make travel arrangements, create spreadsheets to streamline tasks and schedule conference calls and monthly meetings for the Company Leadership Team. Manage the supply ordering and distribution at the company level (annual budget in excess of $50,000 and responsible for tracking property valued in excess of $500,000). Maintain and assist in the implementation of the company Commander's policy binder; which regulates standards of conduct below the battalion level. Complete and track End of Month Reports that includes rolling and YTD data as well as forecasts and comparisons. Maintain the company hand receipt binder; which tracks all property and supplies assigned to the company. Maintain government vehicle usage and fuel logs for 40+ government vehicles. Promote a positive image of the Army from the civilian standpoint.
