In previous years, I have learned how to work hard and manage large task due to my past employment experiences. For example, in the past I worked on a two dairy farms both of which required me to run the milking operation by myself and take care of a herd of dairy cattle while I was working. In addition, some skills that I have acquired are leadership and communication. In the past, I have participated in an MCC Tools program where I was apart of leading a group of young adult professionals and teenagers, teaching them about the poverty and homelessness found in the GTA. In the end, the goal was to challenge them how they could make a difference as a collective group back in their own community.
