Since a young age, I've been told by friends and adults that I have a good ability to adapt any conversation no matter what age the other person was. I believe this is a big influence as to how I've excelled in environments such as customer service and human resource management. This skill has led me to enjoy guiding those around me and wanting to pursue a career out of it. I am now graduated from San Diego State with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Economics as of Winter 2023.Once I graduate from San Diego State University, I plan on pursuing a human resource manager position where I can use my years of experience to provide a comfortable work environment for the company. Currently, I am working as a human resource supervisor for a few restaurants. I have the pleasure of hiring and communicating with all employees which helps take a tasks of the hands of all store owners. My past experience in food service has strengthened my communication skills with both customers and fellow coworkers.
