• Facilitating capacity development and strengthening of SMEs and farmer business groups engaged in cassava value chain.• Coordinating mentorship initiatives and trainings to SMEs and farmer business groups on gender, social inclusion, nutrition and dietary diversity• Supporting the establishment of Micro and Small Enterprises (Cooperatives or Companies) from among the cassava producer groups• Facilitating the establishment and strengthening of county level cassava Root and Tuber Crops platform• Working closely with Government institutions at the County level in collaboration with other county level stakeholders.• Coordinating trainings to farmer groups on Good Agricultural Practices, Climate-Smart Agriculture, Post-Harvest management among others.• Facilitating access to credit and savings as well as trainings on business development and financial management for SMEs and Farmer Business groups engaged in cassava value chain and other agri-enterprises.• Contributing to county level discussions on policy formulation and advocacy that contribute to provision of conducive environments for smallholder farmers and agri-businesses• In liaison with the M&E officer, continuously collecting impact data using CommCare app to support monitoring, evaluation and reporting.• Facilitating knowledge and information sharing with stakeholders at county level and beyond• Participating in mid-term evaluation activities including focused group discussions and reporting

• Creating awareness and sensitizing agriculture stakeholders in Elgeyo Marakwet County on Tulaa’s services of providing farm inputs on credit.• Recruiting and managing relationships with agro-dealers in support of the program.• Training farmers on modern farming practices including farm input recommendations and business skills.• Building good relations with government and program partners on the ground.• Managing a team of lead farmers acting as the direct link to the farmers being served.• Engaging in process improvement and strategy discussions for the efficiency of services.• Supporting teams dealing with market linkages, credit management and external relations.• Supporting crop demos and trials.

• Working with marketing heads and operations leadership to improve processes and innovate new ways for improving marketing systems.• Organizing marketing events such as roadshows and farmer meetings to market products offered on credit to smallholder farmers in various counties.• Coordinating support to field agents on product adoption and market activation• Engaging with local community leaders and government officials to propel company’s growth and boost customer acquisition.• Working with agro dealers to push for farmer sign ups and pick up of inputs
