About Jacob Onisimo

I am an extremely driven individual who strives to excel in my field. Throughout my career in hospitality, I have developed many interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, teamwork and organisation. During my time in management, many of these skills proved useful to me, allowing me to hone them to an advanced level. As a result, I acquired new skills, such as analyzing stocks and understanding their trends. With my understanding of my teams' strengths and weaknesses, I assigned tasks according to each individual's skills and abilities. Now I am seeking a new challenge outside of my field in which I can transfer my experience and knowledge into another career path that is more aligned with my personal goals.

This was to maintain a stable stock level and ensure that the team had been following company specifications and procedures.>A high level of Food Safety and Health and Safety to ensure that the kitchen was adhering to government standards. > Creating rotas that met the needs of the business by having the right team members at the right time whilst adhering to company budgeting goals.
