• Oversees the operations and execution of 14 stores within the greater DFW area• Mentors and manages Store Directors and supporting management team• Oversees marketing direction for the District• Prepares budgets that forecast capital, overhead, and expenses for the District and is responsible for the execution of the plan through P&L analysis while meeting District and Company goals• Monitors cash flow, inventory controls, and overall profitability of each store within District• Reviews operational records and reports prepared by Store Directors to project sales and determine store profitability• Ensures assigned District complies with all governmental rules/regulations and established Company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as maintain consistent application of all people development and people management practices

• Oversees assigned store and inspire and lead associates while driving sales• Manages store operations including supply chain, merchandising, maintenance, inventory control, loss prevention, treasury and risk management • Drives customer service through leading by example and providing hands on customer service training• Drives store profitability by driving sales and managing expenses including payroll, maintenance, shrink and other controllable expenses
