Manage day-to-day ethanol scheduling operations for locations within the United States. Responsibilities include:-Handle and coordinate the movement of ethanol from the supply point to the terminals and then to customers by all forms of transportation. -Work closely with accounting on all pricing and billing inquiries from customers and suppliers. Optimize and manage trucking and rail freights in all active markets. -Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly balances that provide insight for traders of the coverage necessary in all markets.-Handle documentation necessary to facilitate the movement of ethanol such as bills of lading, certificates of analysis, inspector reports, title documents, insurance certificates, etc. -Provide excellent customer service and maintain a good working relationship with all counterparts. Resolve any disputes or concerns they may have in a timely manner.
