Helping people is what i strive to do. I am a hardworking, dedicated and loyal person and these qualities are all highlighted in my current role as an Ambulance Care Assistant. When the Coronavirus outbreak occurred I volunteered to transport the potential and confirmed cases of the virus to and from hospital. Its been one of the most rewarding roles I have ever undertaken.I am well known for going above and beyond and if there is an issue that needs solving I am more than willing to help out, regularly undertaking overtime to help out my patients and my team.

Starting as a Management-Trainee on the graduate scheme I quickly progressed through the training material and rose to the position of Assistant Manager at Southampton International Airport. During my time there I achieved the branches highest customer service score, with an average of 92% of my customers completely satisfied over a six month period.I attended multiple elite club days which are reserved for team members who exceed their targets. In April 2019 I transferred down to the Exeter Airport branch where I was able to double the size of the branch in two months, thus heavily increasing the profits. Soon after my arrival I found myself without a branch manager, leaving the position to be filled by me. I was responsible for managing my teams rotas, handling the fleet calls and reviewing the financial statements monthly.My final position within the company was at the largest branch in Devon where I again helped to grow the branch into its most successful period. I led my team by example and continually exceeded my targets and introduced new measures to reduce the amount of hours my team was working whilst increasing productivity.
