Lead the Company for over 5 weeks while filling in as the Company Commander. Prepared a company of 232 Marines for a Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Indo Pacific region while serving as the Executive Officer. Served as the Officer In Charge during a company 3 day live fire shoot and during a company 6 mile hike across steep terrain.  Maintain the accountability, welfare, and discipline of a company of 232 Marines and assigned equipment over the course of 6 months. Make operational and training planning recommendations to the Company Commander and Battalion Operations Officer for a 12-month pre-deployment training cycle. Serve as the Battalion Command Node Watch Officer during two Battalion field exercises, ensuring the proper operation of the command control node, providing battle tracking to the Battalion Commander and communication with 4 infantry companies to provide them logistical support. Mentor and develop subordinate leaders to operate independently on a daily basis.

Integrating Machine Guns and Mortars to secure an airfield in support of refueling operations in an austere environment. Lead a platoon during deployment and redeployment operations as part of a Battalion Landing Team in Support of a Marine Expeditionary Unit outside the continental United States in the Indo Pacific Region. Make operational and training planning recommendations to the Infantry Company Commander. Serve as an Officer in Charge for 8 live fire training events and 6 non live fire field exercises.
