I was an Intern in the IT department and dealt with the support tickets that came into our inbox.

Our Senior Capstone project aimed to optimize and improve the TBI WordPress website's overall design, layout, and functionality for DePaul University's Director of Neuroscience Program, Dr. Dorothy Kozlowski.While utilizing the Agile methodology, our team, Tyler Keuch, Tyler Rice, Jonathan Dillabough, Madelyn Bokern, Kelly Nguyen, Hanad Abdillahi , Shivang Patel, and Myself all did our part in helping manage the project's progress and ensure timely completion within the 20-week timeline. Our team effectively delegated workload to leverage individual strengths and expertise while leveraging communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom to ensure effective collaboration and task completion.In addition to enhancing the TBI website's design, layout, and functionality, we provided insightful recommendations for further optimization including search engine optimization (SEO), content management, site security, and produced a comprehensive training guide on WordPress content management for the TBI site.Overall, our project was a success. We upgraded the TBI website's user experience and functionality. Our proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving combined with our client's guidance and attention to detail greatly contributed to the project's overall success
