As a Manufacturing engineer at Danfoss some of my key responsibility was: - Continuous development of the production setup with an annual output of approx. 200,000 pieces corresponding to the turnover of DKK 100-120 million DKK. Hereby developing process layout, risk assessment, risk minimization, quality assurance, quality documentation, production documentation, supplier contact, FMEA, Control plans, SOPs, PPAP, 8D, APV.- Optimization of product and process as well as lead time improvements using tools as Poka-Yoke, LEAN and Kaizen.- Facilitator in TS16494 with the focus on the tools FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP I was expanding the knowledge and implementation the use of the tools in the organization.- Participated as a project lead and project member in several projects, concerning new products and improvement of existing products, development of new production setup and improvement of existing production setup. I was elected amount my 70 colleagues to be their Working environment representative. Where I had the responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of the workplace assessment, arrange safety tours, make safety introduction to new employees. I was handling the physical and psychological issues in cooperation with the respective supervisors.
