Responsibilities: Course directing, liaising with groups and managing teams of instructing staff, instructing on a variety of residential courses including: Princes Trust Teams (challenging behaviour), schools (primary, secondary, disability & special needs), adult groups, military groups, international groups, charity organisations, social services groups and youth groups as well as instructing on ongoing day-programmes aimed at engaging local N.E.E.T’s. Running NGB awards based training and assessments, including NICAS, Paddle Power & Star Awards and John Muir awards. Maintenance of centre equipment, facilities and route setting in the indoor climbing wall.
