This position is responsible for facilitating and engaging program participants into motivating educational career exploration and digital skills activities that will support their journey to self-sufficiency. As a workforce development strategist, this team member strives to identify and determine creative solutions to improve a business partnership, program design and/or the agency’s overall efficiency. They use knowledge of business administration, technology, strategic planning and understanding of finance to enhance the overall success of the organization’s programs and partnerships.
