About Jacob Post

I’m a passionate airline professional with a career in Customer Experience, Product Innovation and Digital, holding a master in Strategic Product Design (Cum Laude, Delft University). In the past years I developed several new products for the KLM organisation mostly in the area of aircraft cabins and previously in the digital domain. Most recently I was in the lead for the development of the Premium Comfort Class and the introduction in the organisation at all levels, including C-suite. In the organisation and within teams I’m known for being a highly skilled CX professional, thinking out-of-the-box and setting high quality standards but also being pragmatic and result-driven. As a person, integrity is one of my core values.
