My main goal as the Vice President of Member Experience is to manage Texas AMA's community of nearly 200 students, fostering connections between people through social events, community service drives, professional development programs, and a variety of other events. I oversee a team of 4 focused on building an open, valuable community to ensure that students can always find a home in AMA.It's also my responsibility to compile the chapter's Annual Chapter Plan and Chapter Report, compiling a holistic view of the organization's operations, goals, and results in their entirety. These are both submitted to National AMA each year to compete against every other AMA chapter in the nation.

As Engagement Officer, it was my responsibility to ensure Texas AMA's culture both on and off the officer board thrived. I did this through officer and general member socials that spanned a variety of activities, including a board game night and rock climbing, resulting in an increase in attendance of 600% from previous semesters.As the rest of the semester shifted online, I continued to thrive in my role by adapting the socials to virtual outlets, continuing to interact with members and allow the community to prosper.

In the Texas AMA Agency Group, I worked on a team of interns for an event planning start-up in Austin called Seekr. I attended their events to gain a solid foundation of the value customers receive from their services and how to best sell it to new customers. I was then tasked with developing an email marketing campaign reaching out to prospective clients.

• Researched and assisted preparation for 60+ grant applications in order to facilitate new fundraising for the organization• Spearheaded 10 email campaigns uniting LookUp’s marketing efforts, gaining a 60% higher open rate than in previous years• Planned LookUp’s largest virtual event of the year, the Youth4Youth Summit, in which we advocated for social awareness for the youth’s mental health and digital wellbeing, gathering over 30 speakers and 150 attendees
