As an Analyst III in Endpoint Services at Liberty, I play a pivotal role in safeguarding and optimizing the performance of over 10,000 devices across our organization. Leveraging my expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, I oversee large-scale projects encompassing software deployments, software updates, policy configurations, and compliance enforcement, ensuring seamless operations. Utilizing tools such as McAfee ePO, Sentinel One, VMware Horizon, and VMware Vsphere, I meticulously uphold optimal functionality and fortify endpoint security. My journey into the realm of Information Technology began with an Associate of Science degree from Vatterott College, where I acquired foundational knowledge in IT systems, networks, and security. Diligence is the cornerstone of my work ethic, and I thrive on embracing new challenges. Committed to staying abreast of emerging trends, I continuously update my skill set to align with the dynamic landscape of the industry. Looking ahead, my ambition is to further elevate my proficiency in endpoint security.
