Shelter UK is a national charity that supports homeless people, as well as campaigns for change of legislation regarding sustainable and affordable housing provision.My role at Shelter entailed:Project management of a fundraising, corporate involvement, and awareness raising campaign, achieving £3.6milion income, a significant uplift in brand awareness, and an increase in corporate partner’s engagement. Responsible for creation of a comprehensive project plan spanning across 80 distinct workstreams Coordination of all campaign activities to ensure the delivery in scope, within timeframes and budget Liaison with corporate, digital and marketing partners to ensure a cohesive and holistic delivery of the campaign Monitoring progress and performance metrics and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion of the project Reviewing the quality of work completed by the project teams on a regular basis to ensure it meets required project standards Presenting reports on project performance and maintaining comprehensive management project documentation Using IT systems to keep track of key performance indicators, progress and impact Conducting comprehensive project analysis and evaluation
