Growing up, I have always loved creative projects, and I quickly joined many extracurricular activities. At age thirteen, I began learning to repair aircraft at Flabob Airport. During high school, I taught myself programming and video game development. Now, I am designing electronics for race cars as an engineering student!I decided to study electrical and computer engineering because this field incorporates my favorite aspects from the projects I have worked on. I am learning to design electrical systems with intricacy similar to programming while also being hands-on, much like aircraft mechanics. Since I began, my fascination with electrical and computer engineering has only grown. The more I learn, the more I look forward to what is ahead.I am excited to enter my junior year of college, as it is full of opportunities. I have been a member of the CalBaptist Racing Electric Vehicle Team since I entered college. This year, I have been selected to be the Electronics Senior Design Lead for the team. I am grateful to have this opportunity to teach others and apply the skills I have learned. Additionally, I am looking forward to taking courses that dive further into electrical analysis and design, and I am eager to begin my junior-year design project this Spring.
