My primary role in this position is driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process by assisting clients with the design/selection of solutions for their specific static/dynamic elastomeric sealing applications, and determining manufacturing processes and tooling needs. I am involved in the sales process from start to finish, including estimating costs & lead times, providing proposals to clients, closing sales, and following up to evaluate the performance of our solutions.Other responsibilities include developing and updating process documentation, building and updating BOM's, material properties testing, and contributing to process improvement projects around the office and manufacturing environments.

Assisted clients with design/selection of solutions for their specific applications, provided technical support to the sales group, updated manufacturing process documentation, updated BOM's, and worked with manufacturing to improve processes.

Operated SMT production lines and manual soldering equipment to produce printed circuit boards and subassemblies for critical gas detection applications, managed component inventory, and worked with engineering to improve processes and maintain equipment.

Served as a cashier, and assisted customers throughout the store.

Handled invoices and payments for workers' compensation health insurance claims.
