Responsible for all company administrative, training and commodity area operations; provided combat health logistics oversight of Class VIII supply distribution and forward biomedical maintenance repair for the entire IJOA in support Operation New Dawn (OND) 10-11.• Executed the mission of personnel and equipment draw down as operations transitioned to Iraqi civilian military organizations.• Managed the disposition of equipment totaling over $5MM, and empowered units to manage their own medical logistics operations.• Through multiple processes eradicated years’ worth of accumulated supplies in warehouses; executing process to deplete excess and obsolete supplies, across the IJOA that were no longer used in an astonishing three months time.• Redistributed needed equipment to other theater of operations and reintroduced supplies back into the management system to be used later as units identify their equipment needs.
